A few notes from Japanese fans on twitter who were at the events with Kumaichan last week:

 

At the casual dinner shows, Yurina's setlist included Sakura-> Nyuugakushiki and Sakura wa Raku Sa; a group of "school songs"- Ohiru no Kyuukei Jikan, Sabori, School Days (G4), and Mou, Kodomo ja nai Watashi na no ni; a medley of "friend" songs; plus Koi no Jubaku, Yo no Naka Barairo, and encore Anshinkan.

 

During the MC for the school songs, Yurina told the story of her first love.... in first grade elementary school!

She sent a message to Momochi about Risako's baby being born on her birthday, and was happy to get a fast reply from her.

The next CDS are on August 4 and 5. Since they are the days after her 25th birthday, she said she'd like it to be like a two-day b'day event.

 

At the Maasa- Kumai FC events, when they weren't playing games with the fans or trying to remember how many Berryz singles were released on March 3, they were singing Sprinter! ( Yurina said she loved singing it for the first time), Fighting Pose..., Yukki wo Kudasai!, Loving You Too Much, and Grand Demo Rouka Demo Medatsu Kimi (yay!).

Many great songs at the events I see! (boy, I'd especially love to watch their performance of Sprinter!  ). I'd also like to hear Yurina's first love story

^  Nobody mentioned it, so I assume Kumaichan kept Momochi's reply private.

 

Short version of the story: He was a boy in her class. They played games and walked in the hallways together. A senior student ridiculed her feelings, and there was another girl who also liked him, but Yurina said these things did not matter to her. It ended later when they were in different classes.

 

Yurina is now a reporter on another TV show, KanafulTV.      Here is her first work on the show a few days ago.

And yet another (bigger) awwwwwwwwwwwwww at Kumaichan's Hatsukoi story!!! Of course how mean of that older kid to do that! And she had a rival too? Aaah~!! Heh, woah the story sounds surprisingly dramatic for a first grade crush lol... So sad that it ended that way but well, they were just kids after all. I wonder if he ever knew she became an idol? Hehe. Lucky guy who captured Yurina's heart haha~

For the latest KanafulTV, Yurina looks at various tourist spots in Kanagawa Prefecture. Among other things, she flies through Ashigara Log Forest on a zipline, and relaxes in a open-air hot spring bath.

We get to see Yurina driving a car on this week's King's Brunch.   

She drives to Izu with another reporter. They fish for sea bream, go swimming with dolphins, and watch sunsets from outdoor hot springs baths (twice!). Enjoyable show.

Looks like Yurina is working this week with former Hello!Project Kansai SI*NA and NMB48  member Yamada/Nakayama Nana on King's Brunch. Like Kumaichan, she is a reporter on the show.

Although Yurina hasn't mentioned it yet as I post this, Nana talked about it on her Instagram (with comments from Kumaichan and Miyabi) and Twitter, with some cute photos of them together.
