I don't think Miya is a fan of Chisa. They just love each other. Chisa is a fan of Miya since she's in Buono! like the other two. Did you watch the Okai-chan sleepover thingy? Chisa was a lot more excited than Miya. (I don't know, but Miya doesn't seem like someone who would be fan-girl-ing over another)
