Airi will be performing "DADDY! DADDY! DO!" with Suzuki Masayuki on the July 4, 2020 episode of "MUSIC FAIR".

910 says it's the first 10 minutes or something? Wish someone would upload the Tokyo Good episodes...

^ I don't know if you might be interested in watching Tokyo Good on bilibili or not, but here is the episode that was broadcast today, # 67:

And here are episodes #64, 65 (wrongly listed as 64) and 66 from last month:

Hmm, the English part of Airi's video title says "full virtual LIVE". But if 910percent says it's the first 10 minutes then they're probably right.

Would a VPN work for watching Tokyo Good on YouTube? There are loads of free ones. I used to use Windscribe -- it allowed you to use up to 10GB every month for free. If you wanted to use it for Netflix, though, you'd have to pay.

Her runway live last year was the same length of time so it’s say it’s the full thing. 910 percent isn’t a native English speaker and they make tons of mistakes, so I think it was a mistake on their part to have it as the first 10 minutes. It’s a short live of three songs, just like last year.

Sorry for double post, but figured I should make a list and this post can be quoted in the future to be edited, like the H!P Unreleased songs thread.

UNRELEASED TRACKS:

• No Live, No life
• Get in the Groove

DIGITALLY RELEASED (NEW ERA)

• BABY! WE CAN DO IT
• Let the Show Begin
• Kimi ni Dake Hitomishiri
• Easy to Smile

Updated :)
So I’m thinking we’ll see a new album at the end of the year or in the new year (between November-March), which will include the digital singles plus Get in the groove that didn’t get a proper release for the last album (and hopefully a proper release for NLNL). The would leave about 4-6 new songs depending on whether GITG or NLNL make it onto the tracklist.

I think the only thing that would hold the album back too much would be making MVs... all the digital releases have MVs mostly made by Airi or at home stuff (We can do it was definitely filmed before corona), but given the “Home Demo ver” and “remote ver” for the Kimi ni Dake Hitomishiri and Let the Show Begin music videos respectively, I wouldn’t be surprised if Airi wants to make proper music videos for at least Let the Show Begin, which is probably meant to be the main promo song like Distance for DMAF and Break it down for i. We’ll maybe get another MV for one of the new songs, too...

Just throwing out thoughts though. Ideally I’d like to see the last two unreleased songs be released, and I’d love for a proper album making documentary style video for the limited edition content. There hasn’t been a tour since Escape with unreleased footage so there’s no concert footage to put on the DVD like they did with they last one. I miss making of style videos, so I’d like to see that make a return...

It seems they're taking the "throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks" approach, and it's not going very well. I hope she gets to work with a real producer very soon.

She was asked a question by the guy but then the guy answered it by himself, which made Airi say "Amazing, I didn't even get (a chance?) to answer!". People in the comments seem to find her reaction funny and cute.

I can't fully understand the actual question though

The guy started by saying how far he came to attend, then asked about what RFID public transport stored-value cards she uses, and then told her what cards he uses, and then got ushered away from the mic by whatever staff was running the event.

It's not a highly remarkable moment in Suzuki's life... or like a new challenge for her in handling strange comments & questions.  She's had to deal with countless fans that are far less coherent, far less personable, and far less suited to the adult world.

Airi's new MV for Let The Show Begin. She looks so good, I wish they uploaded the video in 4K given how sparkly the set and her costume are.

The editing is strange... A billion cuts, strange cheesy text transitions, and those weird 2 freeze frames during the instrumental break...

The description seems to mention Samsung sponsored the video..? Or they worked with Samsung for the video.

^

You'd have to ask somebody involved in the deal what the deal was, but it could be anything between, "Samsung brought a song, an MV idea, and machinery to the Suzuki camp, and the Suzuki camp did as they told" and "The Suzuki camp knew somebody at Samsung and that Samsung was doing this "boost your creativity" campaign and they traded some behind the scenes footage/interviews for access to the equipment."

Also... I know that custom-fitted corsetry costs money and time, but I can't freaking stand the "this corset fits all wrong" dance footage.  It's... really... wrong.

I've only watched once, so I don't have a thorough or well considered opinion, but from that one view...

Exactly and only the fit of the corset.

Everything else is fine... The same high quality Suzuki Airi as always.
