Unfortunate fate of graduated idols? Why did they have to disband :(

Hi Kuraudo!

Last night I came across that Up Front press release I talked about in the C-ute thread.  Knowing how much you love °C-ute I thought you would like to see it.  I love C-ute too.  Never before in my life have I been as attached to a group of performing artists as I am with these girls.  I hope this will give you more info.

Cheers!

That outfit is amazing. They managed to make Airi's legs look long!

Playing at a pregnancy photo and also sharing a "zipper won't close" photo to show how much she overate.
What I've learned about Japanese so far, is that you must first pay attention to these 2 things: Rule #1 and Context. After that, just pray they remember their high-school English class.

What's with the venues she's doing the next concert tour? 2ch seems to go crazy over it. First Airi thread in weeks, and first one with over 700 replies in a long, long time.

Dunno if it's why they're going mad, but it's 7 full-sized concert halls. That's a lot of capacity to fill, for a former H!P solo artist.

Edit to add: I always regret it... but I looked at the long thread. And it's hypothetically about the hall size, but really it's everything that is awful about 2ch. Thread starter intentionally provoking haters, haters biting into it, supporters calling out haters for hating. Flamebait success.  :c03:

Well it's not like she has to fill them, right? Like sections blocked off etc. though it is weird, why is it FC only?

Fanclub presale. It'll go on sale for everybody else some time or another.

Oh cool, I thought I read somewhere that it was FC only.

Twice as Ray cover girl in 4 years of working there, what's up with that?

Does this have a translation anywhere? Airi sounds a bit serious for once, talking about analog and digital technologies I think...?

^  I don't know what they are talking about, but it can't be too serious given the "Flintstones" stone-age tools and computers!   :)

Well, Airi's expertise from college is in computers, supposedly with a bent towards music. I would think she can discuss this topic from a position of knowledge.

Computers would be just a small part of it. She was in environmental studies, which is pretty much the study of how humans interact with everything in the world. Her thesis was about music's effects on the brain or something. Wish someone would go to Keio and show everyone lol. Seems simple though (and probably inconclusive), just a review of brain scans of people listening to different types of music.

The shortest explanation is that they're talking about going to see sculptures in person because there really is a difference between looking at something through the screen and being there. And there's still something valuable and special about analog contact.
