Pokémon: The First Movie - When Pikachu is trying to revive Ash.
Koinu Dan no Monogatari - The whole scene where everyone is building a pen for Dan. Then again at the end when Mao is riding on the bus.
There are a few more but those were the ones I thought of right away.

A lot of films have made me cry because I'm such a sensitive person when it comes to emotional things, lol. But the recent films that I have watched and has made me cry are: Up and Captain America: The First Avenger. Man, Up ruined me so much it's such a bittersweet film and Captain America was so sad near the end for my Peggy/Steve shipper heart. </3

The Man from Nowhere (I don't wanna spoil anything, but it is of course the ending few scenes)
Gattaca, with the sacrifice Jude Law makes for Ethan Hawke. That was beautiful.

There's one particular moment in it where one of the characters is realising she is losing her friend who was her best friend in school only to discover a bond with another friend who she was not so close to before.
It's a very nice bittersweet moment about growing up and finding your own way and values. Sometimes people move apart as they grow.
Also in "My Girlfriend is a Cyborg" when the main character spends his birthday alone and buys his own present and he sees a person celebrating their birthday with friends. It makes me cry like a little girl
Oh and the end of Air Doll was quite sad too

My sister keeper
1 litre of tears
If you count the finale to codename kids next door as a movie then you can add that too.
