I'd say Home Alone for NES (or SNES) I just remember the worst graphics ever and a house. I climbed to the second floor and died for no reason. Every single time. Luckily I was renting it so I gave back that piece of rubbish ajajajaja.
However, while for me Final Fantasy XIII is an amazing game (for PC on Steam) it is PLAGUES with errors, mistakes, bugs and all kinds of nasty stuff. It is a hell to play it, and even worse when you're trapped inside and can't get back to windows... why?

Sonic 06 is terrible, Assasins Creed has gone downhill in the recent years too. E.T. is supposedly the worst game of all time (never played it), The Barbie Horse Adventure games are terrible (although the Lucahjin Lps of them are amazing).

The worst game I've ever played was Hannah Montana for DS. I finished the game the day I got it, and the worst part was that you cannot delete your save files. So once you've beaten the game, that's it; you can't replay. All you can do is play really boring mini-games.

battlefield 4, because 12 yeear old fanbois make me hate them more than flithy "causals".

I had one of those games too, I don't remember if you could delete the save file though, I'd have to find it first. Mine basically had 3 separate adventures (or episodes as the game called them). And Miley Cyrus had to use her flashlight and daylight flashlight (whatever that is) to find clues and clothing. The mini games involved Lily skateboarding, scootering and rollerblading to a destination and were pretty stupid.

Final Fantasy XIII. As a biiiiiiig huge fan of the FF series, I couldn't believe I spent so much money for a game to be just "x, x, x, x, x, x......" . Games nowadays are easier, but this was a slap one the face. I'd rather it had the old fashioned graphics but a great gameplay. I loved all gameplays from 7 to 12, mind you, and even the games before that (the Terra one, I never remember the numer ).

Yep, I think that was the one. It was pretty terrible. Fortunately I got it for my birthday so I didn't have to live with the regret of having spent money on it.

Hamtaro: The Ham Ham Games
Boring repetitive games, uninteresting dialogue, and even the graphics seemed to be downgraded. Hamtaro: Ham Ham Heartbreak is one my favorite games ever and I replay it over and over. In fact, since I gave my DS to my niece I may buy another or a modded GBA just to have a platform to play it on again. So yeah crazy as it sounds, I did expect more from Ham Ham games.

Koudelka (I think that's what it's called) on the PS1. An anime styled survival horror game, and try as I might, I just CAN'T get past the first battle. >.<; (I tried like 3-5 times, then I just got fed up with it)
and it's FOUR DISCS long!!!!!
I love that game! The audio and fighting system I really disliked a lot. The voice acting was very similar to Resident Evil.
For me, I would say Ephemeral Fantasia would be my least favorite game. While I don't think it is the WORST game ever the graphics, audio, story, characters, and pretty much everything else was pretty awful. Even when I got the game as a kid I thought the graphics were atrocious, which wouldn't be a problem if I could actually tell what was what in the game. It literally gave me a headache trying to figure out where my character was and where I was on the screen.
