The site was down, and now it's back up, but the registration is different, and I can't seem to go on because they need a validation code and I can't type in chinese.

I do have one question though. Why am I having problems downloading the wallpapers? Are they paid members only?

Did you click the button next to where you put your country in? Cause that should turn most of the info English and maybe controls what language the code is in?

Okay, turns out there is a separate H!P website that is helloproject.tw not helloproject.com.tw
So now I'm registering, and I don't have a passport, so what do I enter in the passport # area?

Ah, helloproject.tw is the fan site, helloproject.com.tw is the official one
For the passport #, you should put a number from a real id (such as one from your real passport) if you ever wish to get concert tix thru them. But if not, pretty much any id would do. Do try to use something real, in case you're ever requested to re-enter data

i just joined, wow the stuff are so expensive - 4 photo cards for about 250Yuan ~ 50AUD ~ 26USD
oh btw do you get the membership card for free members or only paid members?

prices are in ntd not chinese yuan
250ntd is about $7.4 usd. which is quite competitive for even L size photos, and iirc that is the price range for 2L photos, which is a big bargain
Basically HP chinese site prices tend to be 10-20% lower than HP japan prices.

They also request that you select which of the new FC you want to join. Although I don't know what to do if you want to join several. But, if you're a paying member, you get to migrate to one of them at no additional cost

^^ I put my license number in there instead of passport, but if you do not ever plan on buying tickets to an event, it shouldn't matter. And yes, they do ship to the US.

I think the box that popped up is if you tried to go to step 4 and get a paid membership at this time they are only transferring memberships and not taking new paid ones. I think you can still get a free account though and you can order items with a free account, there just is no discount.

^ It means that you have paid but it is not confirmed. You may get a call from the bank to verify. I find it confirms in 2-3 days and HSBC always calls me about it even though I go through their special web confirmation thingy.

All my orders have takes 6-8 weeks to ship out and then the arrival time isn't too long. It really depends on customs though, that's where the most lag is.

@Schizophat, You don't have to do anything. I think it'll take about 3 days for them to confirm the order. The Japanese FC are given the priority first. (If I'm right) From the site it seems that they will ship out if the item is still available on 6/22. They will simply refund you if the item is not available.

@Tautterkle, like what auroragb said, they are currently asking the Paid FC to select which FC they want to join. So for now you can't register.

^ Yes. The moving of FC will end on 05/31, so I guess you'll be able to register after that day. The goods will be up until 06/05.

me n my fren ordered DVD from this taiwan site... we r from singapore..n although its said it will onli be sent to HK, TW n Macca..

on e other side it stated "all member r able to purchase"..
