i also noticed (thanks to the krusha-provided clip) that akb harmonize exceptionally well. there's something about their voices blending together, i can't really put my finger on it. it's almost soothing in a way.

who is 木島森 (Kishima Mori)? I found only that Maeda knew him long ago, and that guy has large "official" follow on G+. The same goes for 北川謙二, who was shared for Acchan's closeup (!) by previous man. Agency staff or..?

"The girls of AKB48 arrived in Washington this week, a buoyant, giggling mass of knees, dimples, hair bows, teeth.
Do the girls of AKB48 own any pets? the American students asked the Japanese pop stars on the occasion of their first visit to the U.S. capital.
Aki Takajo owns two Chihuahuas, she informed the students through an interpreter, beaming with the sheer delight of it all.
Her two companions were elated by the news of these dogs; Sae Miyazawa began clapping her hands, and Rina Hirata — call her Hilary, she encouraged — revealed that she personally kept two snakes for pets.
Oh no! The second-graders of Strong John Thomson Elementary School protested.
Oh yes! Snakes, Hilary, 13, revealed, are very cute."
( ... more in the article above - which while cute, is a bit silly, but well - international press and all! )

But yeah, I just regret I didn't wait wait long enough to see the girls leave. Oh well. :/ Hope they come again to the East Coast. (:
This has totally kicked my fan-ism back into motion. That intensity and emotion. I miss it all too well. ^^

And Mocchi and Akicha were epicccc
I feel like I didn't see too much of some of the girls
the standouts were probably (in no particular order)
takamina
akicha
mocchi
umechan
miichan
hirari
sae
And damn, it was soooo amazing to actually see Mocchi up front in furage~~
at one point i was jumping and cheering for mocchi and akicha when I landed and "slipped" and fell back onto my chair. LOL you know, concert halls have those slanted floors, so...
it was really fun. I'll write more some other time.
the first encore call (as in for the first concert) was terribly messy but the kids were there so it can't be helped I guess. =P
ohh but those kids are soooooooo lucky. *O* lol
I'm just glad I actually got to GO.
I missed a lot of stuff afterwards (apparently) but I still had a more awesome time than, probably anything else I ever did, so. yeah.

But after the Tokyo Dome concert,
I predict AKB next goal will be a world tour (after multiple International48 groups are set up)
WHEN they come to YOUR home country, all AKB forums should unite on a world project:
Troll-kamisama lol
Basically everyone that goes to these world tour concerts wears a Yasusu mask lmaoooooooooo
FTW!
Properly won't happen but I can dream lol
Yasusu's reaction towards his oshi.

I probably wouldn't do it, but if I had confirmation that everyone else was too then just maybe...
It'd be quite funny, that's for sure!!

“AKB should change the format of their auditions. I don’t feel any impact when I’m watching Team 4 or research students. It’s ironic that SKE and NMB have all the young talent.”
THIS IS SO TRUE THOUGH.
Excellent fun to read!
