I'm no AKB48 guru. But A3 is really great.

You know what might be a cool idea ...? Wait until July and see the reviews and setlist for the new 150min. DVD of the Spring tour that's coming out. If it has all or most of your favorite songs on it, get that instead and then rip the audio track off it. You get the cool video and the audio CD for use in your car or where ever.

If you can't wait, get the DVD entitled Normal Ver. and rip the audio from that.

As good as A3 is, it doesn't have Skirt Hirari or the Class Mate-O song on it. Or Madeda singing the Cherry song (although the 6th track on A3 is pretty cool).

I was mistaken previously, I thought you were referring to the Maeno pic (the one without Takamina), but I guess it was just imageshack screwing with me the other time. And yes, that seems to be on the real PB too. Weird stuff. Funny I never noticed, but I was probably too busy staring at Madeda to give that any attention.

I didn't say it's the best song for birthday... I just said it's a sweet song to sing on someone birthday....

I know you didn't, but I'm just saying that it'll be really cool to have Happy Birthday to You You sung to one on his birthday, and I'm not so hot for Tanjoubi no Yoru (which starts out really weird).

It's not Akimoto...it's maimai (Oshima Mai). This is the shuffle version of their first concert.

Just backing up what eye2 said in his previous post: (very) good songs are scattered all over, in all 6 (=5) cds!

I uploaded the 4th song from "Team K 3rd Stage" which I really like, so you can get the idea:

This song is not their best, it's not famous, it's not a single nor a coupling, its live performance hasn't been released yet (K3 dvd is not out yet), still it's a fantastic song (IMO); the rest of the songs from this cd are just as good.

This group really needs time to appreciate how amazing their songs are, so don't jump to early conclsions. 60 new songs are not easy to swallow. Relax & enjoy!

My current favorite song on the albums is Cinderella wa damasarenai on Team K's 2nd stage. But it's true that there's great song's scattered all over. That's why I'm concidering getting them all after I've taken care of some financual issues.

Another funny thing about AKB48's music CD's is that they are probably all great. "Probably" because it takes so long to move onto the next one. A3 has been in the vehicle player, work computer, garage/gym player, or pocket now for close to 3 months. Haven't had the chance or the desire to listen to K1 yet. Yeah, A3 is that good.

Talk about saving money.... good luck. AKB48 has their new new DVD coming up, Morning Musume has their S8B DVD coming out soon, and Sayu has a new PB.
