Massive 48G concerts this week with various concerts at Tokyo Dome City Hall included solo concerts (Naachan, Rikachan, Yuihan and Sasshi).
Followed by 4 days of Request Hour top 100.

AKB announced that this year, the fans get to choose where they want the next Sousenkyo elections to be held. After last years venue fiasco, they want to put the blame on fans if things go wrong lol. Great decision by management

Fans can participate in the exam too.
During the Request Hour, Kayoyon quizzed the team captains as a sample for the event.

Sorry, I have a question maybe stupid but...why in AKB48 and co... there are member's transfers between team and even group ? And, How they choose Captain ?
I'm lost in recent year. I know very well members of 2007 until 2011-2012 but after...I'm very lost. There are too many members. Just in team A, K, B and 4 together, there are 102 members.
So help me, please. How I can know better recent generations ?

In early 2014 there has been a huge 48 group shuffle, the Group Daisokaku Matsuri.
During this event several members got transferred to a different group, e.g. Oba Mina (had a kennin position before), Yamauchi Suzuran and Sato Sumire from AKB48 to SKE48 | Kizaki Yuria from SKE48 to AKB48 | Fujie Reina, Ichikawa Miori (had a kennin position before) and Umeda Ayaka from AKB48 to NMB48. Many other members also got kennin positions in other groups. It was a very dramatic event imho.
They also introduced the position of sub-captain / sub-leader for all teams.
There have also been some shuffles within the groups:
- SKE48 had a team shuffle in April 2013.
- HKT48 had a team shuffle in January 2014, shortly before the Daisokaku Matsuri.
- AKB48 had shuffles in early 2015 (Spring Shuffle; Kitahara Rie got transferred to NGT48 there) and one recently on the group's 12th anniversary.
- In October 2016, on the group's 6th anniversary, NMB48 had a team shuffle, which was put into effect in January 2017.
There have also been three so-called draft meetings (Draft Kaigi) where new girls got chosen from a pool of candidates: in 2013, 2015 and one almost two weeks ago.
Team 8 with one representative for each prefecture has also been established in early 2014. Apart from that some members of AKB48 transferred to 48 groups in other countries.
As for the captain and sub-captain positions: They usually get announced during these shuffles or during / after the last theater performance of a graduating captain / sub-captain.

^ If you want to get to know the new faces, simply watch AKBingo. A lot of popular girls (Mukaichi Mion, Okada Nana, Takahashi Juri), upcoming girls (Hiwatashi Yui, Oguri Yui, Kurano Narumi), and fresh faces (Mutou Orin, Yamauchi Mizuki) appear in the show and it's fairly easy to get to know the new generation of akb, as in members from 13th generation onwards including draft members and team 8. As YossieKaorin mentioned, AKB had a recent shuffle for the 12th anniversary, in which all team 8 members became members of team A, K, B and 4. So essentially, all the AKB teams are "new" groups with old faces, popular faces, upcoming faces, and fresh faces. Watching recent theater shows and AKBingo should help you get to know a couple members.

Where I can find AKBingo ? It's with subtitle english ? Or, even if in only japanese, have name of member hen she talk or when we see her? Because I can't know girls if I can't put a name on a face.

Some AKBingo episodes has subtitle. You have to pick-up their calling name, like naachan. Check the member profiles often for their pictures.
Captain - the management decided, usually the senior one. We can see also who has the leadership attribute among them, good at learning and remembering the dance routine and formation (so can teach other members).
That picture profiles is the newest team that you assembled. ALL the team 8 members now part of the A,K,B, and 4.
I don't know all the members too, especially the new one and the sister groups. However learn the most mentioned one like from the forum.

Didn't know where to post that, but i need some advices.
I'm trying to found more AKB (or any sub group/rival groups) songs i like. So far, here's the song i love the most :
Seifuku Ga Jama O Suru, Skirt Hirari, Taboo No Iro, Papa Wa Kirai, Keibetsu Shite Ita Aijou, Namida Uri No Shoujo, Abata Mo Ekubo Mo Fuku Wa Michi, Tenshi Wa Doko Ni Iru Ga, Never Give Up Wa Shinai, Heavy Rotation, Kinjiraretai Futari, Cinderella Wa (forgot the rest of the title), Mr. Kiss Man and Halloween Night.
A lot of them have a cool/sad vibe (not sure if it's the right term, but i think you know what i mean) but are still catchy.
And i heard the JKT48 version of Namida Uri No Shoujo and Seifuku Ga Jama O Suru, is it from a singler or an album or it's just a concert song ?
