Ok, so I just got the Petit Best 18 blu ray and was blown away by this song!!  LOVE IT. I'd love a whole album in this style, but sadly it's a one-off release )=

Honestly, I wouldn't have been disappointed if that had been Ichioka's group and if that had been their first single.  For such an amazing song, it seemed odd for it to have been given to an assortment rather than a group.

What group is Ichioka in? I see a reference dating back to August last year stating she was promoted from pro kenshuusei to a "new group" yet don`t see anymore info.

The members and group name still haven't been announced.  During the Harosute special announcement episode when Funaki, Yanagawa, Kawamura, and Danbara were moved to their respective groups after the Country Girls transfer and KSS promotions, Ichioka was told in her segment that she would be the leader of her own group with other members to be chosen at a later date.  Around 8 months later, we're still waiting, so it's becoming a point of frustration for fans with running speculation every time there's another H!P event that there will finally be an announcement.

 

We're also still somewhat confused on the futures of Kiyono Momohime and Takase Kurumi.  They were supposed to be a "new section" for acting, but there's no indication as to whether that means they could still be added to another group (like Ichioka's upcoming group) or what other plans may be in store later.  Momohime, Kurumi, and Reina are all still credited as full members of H!P though, so that's at least a start.  It would have just been less confusing if they had been placed together like the above music video.

Perhaps their placement in the video / live performance was a field test beyond the walls of talent auditions.  In other words, to see how audiences react to them as a group.

But yeah, I don't get why Kurumi's and Momohime's announcement is still confusing. Does anyone know what the Japanese fans think, are they as lost as we are? If they are just placed in for random acting roles, I will not be happy lol.

I mentioned a while back that the last person to quit KSS was Yoshida Marie, following the Dec 2016 recital. Based on observation, they can only quit after the end if the quarter, which is at the end of March, June, September or December. Excluding the newest gen, I'm 99% positive that all other KSS are participating in the upcoming recital, because they all fulfilled HelloCon duties.

The verdict for the newbies is out. Goto Sayaka is ending her training. The six others are staying.

All KSS, Tsubaki Factory, almost debuted KSS, and Sato Hikari will be performing at the upcoming recital.

It was a very difficult commute for her to do and they normally have to shoulder the cost of the travel themselves. I hope she can audition again and get straight through next time because she obviously has experience and skills.

Lol, singing this song while actually being called "Kokoro" could litterally be translated by " I turned my shout into a song"
