Like I mentioned in the audition thread, 

IMO the most debut ready are the girls from the KSS Unit(Kirara, Kanami, Nanami and Madoka) 

Next would be Shion, Natsume, Ruli and Ichigo.

 

Shion being the only one picked also tells me a new group is on the horizon.

As for Yulia, I think they are grooming her for MM so I don't think she would be part of a new group.

Kubota Nanami's standing has increased substantially in my own view over the past year and I feel as though she may be in the current preferences for upcoming group selections if a new group were to be created, even before considering her braces or recent popularity increases along with other KSS like Kirara or Kanami.

I feel like her appearance has changed a lot, too. Idk if she started to look more mature but I was a bit worried since she seems like she lost also quiet a bit of weight. But maybe you're right it's just her becoming older and leaving that small local idol girl image she kinda still had and becoming more ready to debut in hello project.

Nanami was shown in Harodori giving advice to the newest KSS from the Angerme audition, so I'd expect that she'd already been given some influence even before then. Regardless, I'd still look forward to her placement overall even if she hadn't already been such a notable presence.

New H!P group formation. Four Kenshuusei Unit members (Yonemura, Ishiguri, Kubota, Saito) to be in the group plus additional members that will be added later within the year.

 

Not confirmed yet, so treat it as a rumor. But exciting if true!

 

 

EDIT: So many people reported it, I think it's safe to assume it's confirmed already
