Now I've watched the whole thing I have to say I really loved it. The dramatic second act was fantastic and much more enjoyable than the first. The bows at the end with all the speeches and tears was really touching.

A quick question.

Does anyone know if they did that mini-concert/Vegas showgirl thing after every performance or was it only for Makoto's finale?

Leading straight on from the final scene into Love Machine was just so strange.

I watched the subbed version first. Now that I know what they're saying, I'm going to check out the Abe, Matsuura and Tsuji versions on the DVD.

I also like the soundtrack, and have been listening to it for a while now. I guess I'm on a Ribon high.

This was GOOOOD. I'm a fan of musicals and this one was solid. The girl who played God was PHENOMENAL, and the songs were nice ('Fura Furura' was probably my favorite). Takahashi was excellent as the lead. Some songs I skipped because I wanted the story to progress.

That Makoto graduation was sad. I told myself I would never watch another one of those things. :crying

erm...o...kay.... juz finished watchin it... 1 qn thou, where's nacchi, ayaya & nono?? anyone care to enlighten me on this?? i tot they were supposed to be special appearances?? did see their names at the endin credits...did i missed them?? which act they went on?? help?? anyone??

This is the one without them, which is subbed, the one with them is probebly on the tracker aswell, but it ain't subbed....
trust me I missed Nacchi and Ayaya aswell, but I'm just glad the HPS crew subbed one of the versions (again Thank you so much HPS crew :c16:)

Just watched the musical, and I really loved it! :c16: :: :c16: Ai-chan did so well playing Sapphire! She really is a good actress! Kusumi and Ogawa were hilarious, and Yossie was just plain fun. Nice to see the V-u-den girls in there, too. And now that I see it, Miyoshi looks kinda good with long hair. . .

this musical was better than I thought. Not as good a Grease but nothing is. Can't wait for them to do another one and thanks HPS for the subs
