there are 2 original PSP battery packs a 1800 mAh and 2200 mAh
the regional lock is only for the UMD movies
so these arent real problem issues

PSP has the big advantage over Nintendo DS Lite but i prefer Nintendo DS Lite because i also like Pokemon games.
