I guess people who were around when the song aired a lot on ASAYAN remember it. The single sold a decent amoun tof copies too, but this was back in -97

Back then, when I was going through the toughest or the second toughest time of my life, She, Acchu (Atsuko Inaba), and HITO (Hitomi Saito) gave me words of encouragement.
She was always a quiet, patient and a great listener for me.
Although we are the same age, I was always relying on her.
