I like the manga series, alot, i think it's adorable, BUT Kirarin Revolution the anime was horrible. As a otaku, i'd say that Koha-ghan is one of the worst seiyuus every. But, my wota self wants to giggle on the effort Koha did to do the anime.
So its technically mixed feelings to me. Just like Shugo Chara! Party!, which was technically all filler and it annoyed me because i loved the manga very much, but i can't resist Fuku-hime and Buono!

^ Uhh, mean words. but honestly I've felt it sometimes. The voice acting and Koha didn't got together sometimes. But there were moments when I didn't cared and some moments when it ended well.
And Shugo Chara was really amazing too. I don't know why you said bad words here. Shugo Chara had pro seiyuus and the quality was even better.
(Yet, Kirari singles got bigger sales)
