I took the liberty of uploading episodes 5, 6, 8 and 9 of Aya no DNA (not subbed). 7 I'm missing myself, so I have no idea who Ishikawa's character is.

I have uploaded the DVD Alienpyon mentioned to the tracker (and will upload it to RS asap). It's the two sumo wrestler Glico Pretz commercials in HQ (two versions each) plus a Making of. Highly worth downloading!

Question for the Aya fans:
It seems as if I'll be getting the "Meringue no kimochi" episodes from now on in HQ formats. This means that they'll be in excess of 1,2GB each .
A lot considering that it's just a talk show (and will be too much for many people).
Now I can either post this version or convert them to a smaller size and upload that version.
Or upload the biggie on the tracker and the smaller one in the RS folder.
I can of course upload both versions, but would rather prefer one or the other.


Even better would be if someone could download the big version, convert it and upload it on the tracker

I have this concert on DVD - I loved it when Aya sang Akai Freesia (and did the dance that goes along with it).
The downside was that, instead of Aya singing "Kiseki no Kaori dance" (my favorite old Aya song), Melon Kinenbi got to sing it...

There's just something about Aya singing the "You are my Angel" line.
The Supapurin is on hiatus.
He will no longer be contributing translations, synopses, screencaps, etc. - activities he loved - due to a kangaroo court lynching that made him decide to withdraw from participation in this forum.

Had a hard day at work today, so this week's review will be delayed at least a day.

After being in two cheer songs for the Rakuten Eagles I'm starting to feel like Aya is their unofficial spokesperson. Although she would make a better mascot than the cartwheeling eagle.

On a side note about the Eagles, is there an American on the team. I thought I say a non-Japanese guy in the PVs.

Yeah, I saw him too. It wouldn't surprise me if he was American, for a decent number of them do go overseas to play baseball. Right now I can only think of Rex Hudler as an example, though.

Their infield has at least two American names: Kevin Witt and Rick Short (not counting Jose Fernandez :-)
