In my opinion Yuki Maeda may be the most talented member of the hello project, however she is one of the forgotten members as well which is a sad thing to say the least. A truley enchanting voice and a very elegant demeanor on the whole. Anyone else here like or even heard of her ?







There's one of her MP3s in the you sendit section check it out and say what you think of Yuki Maeda. She mostly does ballad and enka style songs but has been in a few surprise acts as well.

I agree with you 100% if you use the word "odd" to mean what I call "fantastic!" I think 2003 was an absolutely excellent year for summer shuffles, but that's drifting off topic...

Even more than Salt 5 being strange, Maeda in Salt 5 was strange. A friend of mine went to an Elder Club show last month, and apparently Maeda was getting shuffled around a lot, lending her voice to a great variety of different things... including a performance of Get Up Rapper.

I've only heard a couple songs, a couple times each and she can definitely sing... maybe Maeda, Nakazawa and Iida will form a H!P subgroup for and by adults

That sub goup you mention is something ive mentioned before the only difference was i had one extra member. That member being Kei Yasuda.

On a side note its her live preformances that do her real justice there simly amazing. My fav one of hers was probably Sara sara no Kawa at Hello Project 2004 Summer - Natsu no Doon! Concert. Although i did like the duet of Kuyashi Namida Porori she did with Makoto Ogawa as well. To see Makoto preform at Yuki Maedas level really did show how good she is.

I remember Kaori doing her preformance before this one and just thinking wow Kaori is just great how are they gonna top this or follow it up. I assumed they would go into a break, game or something but when they followed up with Yuki Maeda it was spot on. That did leave me thinking now whats on earth will be next. That was the interview and chat bit. What else could it be ?

Yeah, she's a grown-up too. I didn't think to include her, because I have no idea what she's doing these days. I mean... I know she's still sort of around H!P, and was in the Elder Club, but I never really figured out what it was she was doing or what she wants to be doing. As opposed to the three I mentioned who are already out there in the specific field. Does she want to do something more like Melon Kinenbi? (grown up, but not necessarily adult-oriented) Or would she want to join Morning 賢母?

Hmm, I think it's time to revive this thread a little.

If some of you wanna see Yuki's pvs go check the tracker now. I uploaded Sarasara no Kawa and Tokyo Kirigirisu earlier today, so get them while you can.

I guess if I asked some H!P fans who she is about 1 of 5 would know and the others whould be "eh?" when I'd tell she's a H!P soloist. She really is too underrated. Tsunku if you know what's good for you (the chance for that is near 0%), give Yuki new stuff!
