Paipai Dekami is an idol/DJ/tarento who was recently signed to YU-M Entertainment as a tarento (home of Up Up Girls, Tsuji Nozomi, Wada Ayaka, Kikkawa Yuu, etc.). She's been active in the entertainment scene since 2010, and is known for her love of Everything Hello! Project (especially Tsugunaga Momoko). She has a few solo releases under her belt as well!

The reaction from Kikka on Paipai-san moving to YU-M in this video is gold

 

As mentioned by CandyApple, she's a very dedicated H!P wota, and goes to a lot of concerts and FC events.

I see her quite often at the FC events I go to.

 

She sometimes appears on talkshows and other events with H!P members. For example, she's a regular staple at the "Pucchi Best" talk events at Tower Records, that they do at the end of each year:

Kikka's reaction was gold (and the exact kind of reaction I expected from our drama queen lol), but Sekki and Ayacho being so supportive of her warms my heart. Another reminder that she is well known amongst the Hello! Project girls as well haha.

I only just realized that her stage name has a meaning......Pai Pai refers to her boobs and Dekami means Big (dekai) Beauty (mi).

Yes, she is a Harowota but specifically she's a Mai Ozeki/Country Girls wota. She comments on EVERY Chiichan Insta post.

Evidently PaiPai has dropped the PaiPai from her name and is now going by just Dekami-chan. At least that's what is says on this TV show she appeared on with Murotan.
