^There's no one place to see how many followers all the girls have on IG and the numbers change constantly but it would be interesting to see the numbers. Sadly some members aren't on IG so it's not a complete comparison.

I can see how Mei would inspire a lot of devoted wota whereas Rio might have more casual followers who probably don't vote in online polls for H!P girls. But I could totally be off-base.

I'm not saying I support it, but I can see how a Japanese fan would look at Homare and decide that she may fit a boyish look, visually. She doesn't act boyish, so I don't think that's a route that she would go down, but I think her aesthetics could work with a boyish look if she wanted to.

My personal opinion on Yokoyan and Onchan is their fanbase overlaps with Maachan's, so a lot of the votes that would go to them is being taken by Maachan.

Visually, maybe Homare could do the boyish thing, but every girl I’ve ever seen go that route (Yossie, Duu, Kokoro) has a naturally husky or low pitched voice. I think Homare trying to be suave with her little cutesy voice would just be weird and probably more funny than anything.

shes too baby to pull it off now but maybe when she's older? though by then it would probably be harder to establish a character like that so idk. then again kudo haruka managed it when she was like 11 so it's possible? but she did have a deeper voice so that probably helped her

I think Homa-chan's position in MM will probably be like Kawamuu's. Both super hard working with sweet voices.

I'm happy that Kudo Yume ranked so high . Also, maybe next year it might be better to exclude the KSS, they don't really get many votes anyways in the main election.
