Formed in late 2020, Artemis no Tsubasa is a new, Greek mythology themed idol group managed by ROCK FIELD (HeroSyn, TENRIN, Nue, etc). Wings of Artemis made their performance debut recently in October 2020, but are expected to make their full debut in January 2021.

Wings of Artemis had their debut live a few days ago, and the full stream is up on their channel! If my memory is serving me well, the concert was sold out .

yeah, ayaka and nanami i think. i wasn't really into them but it sucks, especially since ayaka seemed really popular in the overseas fandom

They're still so new it's weird. I can understand when, similar to the Chuning Candy situation, some members opt out when she group starts really picking up steam, if they realize it's not what they want to keep doing, but here they barely got to experience the Artemis no Tsubasa life...

 

I had not managed to remember their names yet... So I looked up on Google and yep, Ayaka was the one I had my eyes on... Sucks...

Oh jeeze, I actually was starting to follow HeroSyn too.

^ I'm still not over it. I guess the girls are going to pop up again somewhere (For what I understood, Hime is having a solo concert planned?), but the lineup was too goldly. They had really gathered every type of idol there, and the colors, and the themes, everything was downright perfect. They lacked vocally, but were good performers and my oshi Mea could have held the vocal aspect of it by herself anyway... How I miss them. Toa having right away renamed her insta account to "Lovesick Pink baby" had me laughing though.

 

More on topic, here is a video of a live from Artemis no Tsubasa. I like the musical direction they're going with. Promoting second single "Lock On!!!".

This group is so chaoctic OMG. It seems they have a hard time picking up, but then it's difficult to get involved with an idol group when it's members roster almost got a complete makeover about one year since their debut...

On February 12, it was announced that three of the members would be joining the group later after school classes were finished and that three members from Artemis no Tsubasa would be temporarily holding concurrent positions in the group from February 27 to April 10th^[2]

On February 20 it was announced that Medusa Kako would "trade places" with Koizumi Karen of Star☆FioreNerd and would be joining that group while Karen would be joining as "playing producer/member" of Artemis no Tsubasa under the stagename "Super Zeus Karen".^[3][4] Kako will be suspending her activities from Artemis no Tsubasa starting on March 1st and joining the group while having a full graduation ceremony on April 10th while Karen will be making her pre-debut on March 20th and joining as a full member on April 10th^[3][4]. Alongside the trade announcement, it was announced that another "Andromeda Hina" would be joining the group as a new member on March 3rd.^[4][3]

On March 18th, a new website was created and the group announced that it had opened auditions for new members.^[5]

On April 5th, it was announced that Andromeda Hina would be graduating from the group on April 24th and that two new members "Phoenix Risa" and "Eagle Kaho" would be joining the group on April 10th alongside Super Zeus Karen.^[6]

On April 13th it was announced that Eagle Kaho would be transferring to KRD8 and that Watanabe Hazuki from the same group would be transferring from the same group under the stage name Orion Hazuki. Orion Hazuki made her full debut on April 24, 2021^[7]

On April 23rd, it was announced that Siren Kotori would be graduating on May 15th and joining the group Pentaprism.^[8]

On May 6th, it was announced that Venus Airi would be temporarily joining the group. She will make her stage debut on May 15th.^[9]

I'm liking the current line up, but the original one is unbeatable. I'm really saddened by Kotori's departure, she was ubber cute and easily recognisable.

 

On another note, I love how simply they've been performing these days, idols group shirts and basic clothes are the best. (Might be due to a limited budget though?)
