Considering that the full title of the live got announced today, I suppose it deserves a thread on its own...

Kobushi Factory's last live titled Kobushi Factory Live 2020 ~The Final Ring!~  will be held on March 30, 2020 at Tokyo Dome City Hall.

The group will disband after the live and everyone except Inoue Rei will graduate from Hello! Project.

The title of the live is a clear reference to their first live tour titled Kobushi Factory Live Tour 2015 ~The First Ring!~

Will there be any kind of stream of the final show? Or will we need to wait for the DVD/BD to come out?

They usually announce streams about a week or so before the actual date, so we have to wait... i hope they do!

Country Girls streamed their final concert, I'm sure Kobushi Factory will do it too.

@DiegoKashiwagi - It looks like a nice venue from photos but your right it's not a regular for Hello! Project to use. I thought Berryz Kobo were the first to use the venue and wiki confirms that they did use it for their 10th Anniversary Concert Tour in 2014 but it turns out Morning Musume used the venue in 2012. I only remember the name of the venue because ℃-ute held a concert there a one point and a very quick search reveals they used it during their 2015 ℃an't STOP!! Concert Tour but they didn't revisit that venue again. So for some reason it's not a popular venue for Hello! Project to use and since they didn't use Tokyo Dome City Hall as a filming location yet there isn't a way to see it in action.

I do wonder why Hello! Project never seems to send groups there more then once. Is it because it's harder to book, more expensive, or they just prefer other Tokyo Venues?

I hate to think it, but I'm getting a little worried the growing trend of event cancellations will extend through March.

It's not like they can just reschedule this for a few weeks later.

Ugh. OK. Maybe I'm getting worried over nothing. Keeping fingers crossed (and Purell-ed and gloved).

They announced another round of cancellations that affected every other group, including things past 3/30, but this final Kobushi Factory live wasn't one of them.

I guess they're waiting as long as possible before making a decision.

Unfortunately, I think it's just a matter of time before this one goes, too.

There is still hope that they are trying to come up with a way how to compensate for the final live / trying to modify it into a way where it could still happen without any public audience, but with some online viewing only.

Have they announced the plans for this yet? I haven't seen anything about it.

It's obviously not happening with a live crowd, but do you think they will still hold the concert for streaming or maybe even keep the TV broadcast slot they have?

It is still listed in the TV schedule, so I guess they're going to do like they did with Hina Fes and perform in an empty studio.

No offense, but they should find some open streaming service (hello Youtube) and stream it over there. Cancel those theater viewings.

Japan is not save from the virus yet.

I guess if I had waited a few hours, I would have had my question answered.

I'm surprised they're trying to keep the theater viewings.

I know it's not the way anyone wanted it to happen, but at least we get one last chance to say good-bye.

Goods have been announced for the final show.

http://helloproject.com/news/11905/

I had told myself I was done buying things after I ordered the box set, but I think I might have to spend a little more money after seeing these.

They've added a video showing off some of the goods.
