Hasume's confidence is growing, and so more of her talent in being shown.
She's small, cute and can dance. Plus she doesn't have any known ties to any local idols.
IMO that makes her a girl to keep an eye on as a future member of MM.
Well crap the video got taken down. 
It was basically a mini highlight reel of Hasumi improvements.

Watching recent(-ish) performances made me realize her height is a possible advantage for now, she was so easy to spot on stage even when all of them were together.
