She is now the 2nd oldest member of the KSS unit (Kirara is #4). I imagine Kirara is the leader and would guess Madoka becomes sub-leader, but if they chose strictly by age, Madoka would be leader and Ruli would become sub-leader.

I can also see Ruli as leader and Madoka being sub-leader (like how C-Ute was) because Ruli seems a lot more self-assured than Madoka does.
