Rio really is gorgeous! She reminds me of a Korean actress or singer but I can't remember which one. Also, I think she should get another photobook.

^ IMO, she has the strongest "ace" vibe since RihoRiho. I expect her to climb thru the ranks rapidly.

^I agree, though I think H!P will definitely not push her as fast as Riho was because FuuSakuMaa aren't in a rush to graduate, and the company probably doesn't want their most popular members to go all at once. But she's already been getting a decent amount of exposure, so I think it's likely she will continue to get more in the future.

^ I agree, H!P will take their time with her but I can see her easily becoming the center right after those three you mentioned moved on. I don't see Miki/Maria/Kaedii moving to the center, maybe Chii but even she doesn't have the charisma that Rio will develop.

IMO Hands downs the future face of H!P is going to be Kitagawa Rio.

 

She's talented, pretty, tons of personality and very likable.

Unlike the shy and reserved Riho, I think if they were to give her a big push she would run with it.

Rio's voice is right up the alley. How she improved so much is such a wonder for me. She'll be a front girl in no time 

 

If I'm hearing it right, it's interesting that they are using MM17's Morning Misoshiru instrumental for this. The original has more soundstage and the instruments are more pronounced, whereas Misoshiru have the nostalgic morning feeling via low synths. Is this the updated Morning Coffee sound going forward?

Rio and Kiki sound really good, but "Morning Coffee" and "Memory Seishun no Hikari" are two songs that I don't need any more versions of. I hope this series continues with some less-worn material.

^ Oh wow! They look incredible! I see a lot of selfies of Reina and Rio together--I hope they get promoted more as a duo because they're both so incredibly cute and full of personality. Rio looks amazing there.

 

Also, I think Rio already sings well enough to be a front girl, but I hope she will continue to improve. That would be amazing.

 

Edit: I hope we get more Rio singing soon. I really enjoy her voice and vocal expressions. She sounds so cute in Morning Coffee.

I really love Rio's voice in this duet.  She has made a lot of growth since her audition.  Coming with a background with no experience and accomplishing so much is incredible.  I am rooting for her.
