BEYOOOOONDS performed "Go Waist" at one of their six release events today. It, uh.. it sounds like a weird one.

 

"1. new song "Go Waist" is a parody cover of the Village People's "Go West". New Outfits are exercise, sporty, fitness-style tank tops and shorts. Choreography includes muscle training and boot camp exercises instructed by Eguchi Saya. Kobayashi plays piano during exercises."

Song credits (Unless I'm misreading things terribly, it looks like the lyricist for "Nippon..." is the same guy that produced the "minako" stage play Meimi starred in, and the arranger for CHICA#TETSU's song is the same guy that invited them to open for his live event in August.)

Ok this Go Waist song sounds intriguing lol I can't wait until the single comes out.  I'm already a huge fan of Megane no Otoko no Ko and I'm looking forward to how the MV turns out.

Huh, not a typo then. I guess they're still kind of going with the "theater" theme for Beyooonds. The more "out there" and "conceptual" songs. Could make for an interesting group. Probably with some songs that are real gems and some that are just really awkward.
