I expected Ayacho to get a solo on the album, so I'm really happy she did get one in the end. I wonder if this is the song by Tsunku? However, the title is almost identical to Yume Mita 15nen, it feels like there are two songs covering the same topic. But this one is all Ayacho's, so I'm not complaining.

Ayacho's solo song "Watashi no Yumemita 15" was composed by Hoshibe and written by Maro.

That just solidified my suspicion that it’s probably the same song as Yume Mita except it’s just Ayacho. Maybe a ballad version with just Ayacho singing the song.

^ I thought so at first too, but the composers are different, so it can't be the same song. I think Maro's just really going in with using the phrase Yume Mita Fifteen

The composers can be different if it’s done in a different style (ballad or something?) can’t it? Or maybe I don’t understand how that works properly. Maybe someone can explain it, heh.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if it was Yumemiru 15 but with new lyrics? Like an updated version.

That would be changing the arrangement. The composer stays the same, but the arranger could be different.

 

For example: for Nakajima Takui's self cover album, where he sings a bunch of the songs he wrote for the groups, all the songs were all composed and arranged by him. But the versions sung by the groups have him credited as the composer, and someone else did the arrangement.

Was it said whether the lyrics or the melody came first? If the former, then they could have made two different songs out of it.
