The covers look like they’ll be nice. Really wish H!P would stop doing the whole “group standing in front of a blank background and some members are sitting on boxes of various sizes” thing for basically every release. Then again, H!P has a formula for covers, so they pretty much are all the same concept again and again anyway. Some are just executed better than others.

So the line distribution goes like this:

I'm really glad that UFP does something great for Yuka. In my opinion, this also indicates that J=J loses someone who plays a very important role. We already know that she doesn't get a lot of solo lines compared to others, but her "variety-related" skills are something that other members lack. And I think even someone like Manakan cannot replace that role.

Do any of you think they might add new members to Juice since they’ve lost two? They haven’t had any auditions for Juice up until now so I’m assuming they’ll just pick from KSS every now and again.

 

A selection might happen, but I imagine they'll wait a single or two since it hasn't really been that long since Manaka was added.

 

J=J was always a bit strange in how it was handled from its concurrency with the KSS in its early days before that was standard for new groups, to now seemingly being a landing ground for CG alum or floating debuts in present times.  It could be something as simple as a KSS selection, or something mostly unexpected like another CG transfer (Ozeko is still in the wild and nearing the end of her HS studies), concurrency with another group like one of the Only3 members of the boonies, or a re-debut of someone that previously had to leave the KSS or another H!P group for some reason or another like Manaka.  However, none of those oddities were really an answer to a question, rather being solutions in need of a problem. In the case of the question being asked though, the most likely answer is usually the simplest one. Barring more unusual circumstances like floating debuts, the 4th Gen of J=J will probably just be surprise selections from the KSS after H!P realizes that the other groups are too full to place all of the talented members of the KSS that they think are ready for debut.

 

Whether they pre-empt that by trying to create another situation like the floating debuts beforehand to increase hype is another matter entirely though. It wouldn't surprise me if in a future episode of Harosute this summer, they take a selection of KSS that are presently in the program along with those that may have been added from the Morning Musume audition, put them in a room where they expect they're about to start an audition read for a play, and then get a shock announcement that they've all been selected to debut. It would drive viewership of Harosute if they gradually show those KSS being added to groups by meeting their new leaders across a couple of "special episodes" outside of the main show similar to how the floating debuts were handled a couple of years ago. It would all be a bit contrived, but if history has taught us anything, it's that doing it that way softens the blow for J=J fans that are wary of new members.

Short version of 25sai Eien Setsu on HaroSute at 32:17, I wasn't expecting it to be just group lines, it does sound and seem like Yuka is singing a lot and it was nice to see her center and having a very strong presence in the MV but I'm not feeling the song so much at the moment.
