He probably got some messages. Facebook is easier to ignore.

That being said, even from a non-emotional side this guy is a total fraud. The spotify version of Are You Happy is an audio cut from the youtube MV, Fiesta Fiesta is even a live version. Apparently he sells physical CDs of non physical releases (the new Ai no Tane). Judging from the low quality on his facebook page he seems like the type that prints out his low quality files and sells them as original photographs lol.

I just hope Up Front won't cut down on their overseas activities because of this.

Sadly, I had already made a purchase from him on Google Play a few months back, which I really regret now... I don't know what this guy was thinking when he went through with this, but hopefully there'll be a proper reaction from UFP and he'll get the punishment he deserves.

Okay, that made the only part, that I thought of his "business" being legit, a lot worse...
Reselling CDs is perfectly fine as long as they're legit ones... But selling bootlegged ones is just...

At least that basically confirms 100% that there is no hidden contract / agreement in there as he claimed yesterday.

I've seen his stuff on like youtube and etc. but I didn't think much of it. Just thought he was a fan that uploads stuff like some other people. Didn't know that he was trying to impersonate MM's company.

Guys, I don’t know if this helps but I think UpFront might already be aware of what’s happening since they’ve gone and made “Y Jiro no Tochu” available again on iTunes:

This track was originally part of the official tracklist for Morning Musume’s 66th Single on iTunes but for unknown reasons was removed just before the single was officially released. The official music video for “Y Jiro no Tochu” is one of the official music videos that Morning Musume Germany is monetising by linking it to his illegal upload of this song on Spotify. I think by making the track available again on iTunes UpFront are possibly working towards countering all the damage that Morning Musume Germany has caused.

That means he's hitting the domestic market too, and this is one of streaming services that Oricon are going to count for the singles/album charts. So it will effect MM's chart positions, as well as pocket (even if it just means less fries for the girls ).
