Atsui : I really didn't expect anything like that for BEYOOOOONDS after Megane No Otoko, but all the girls are so talentend that it work very well ! Definitly a song made to fire up the audience. Really hope they'll post the performance on youtube.

 

Yowaki Joshi Taibutodoke : The song is cute and catchy but... i don't know why it make me want to cry Maybe because i know it's the end of this current 5-nin Country Girls.

 

Haru Urara : It's a really good song, just not my kind of song. All the members sounded really good, though.

 

3kaime no date shinwa : Come on, Tsubaki. We're only on January 2nd. You could wait a bit to slay everything once again OMG, this song is absolutly fantastic, wich isn't surprising. It sound cool, catchy and have a tragic vibe at the same time. How am i supposed to wait February ? And the line distribution sound really good. I heard pretty everyone 2 or 3 times.

I'm not a huge fan of any of the new songs really. 
Kobushi's new song is like a mid grade album song at best. Tsubaki's song is just a miss for me I guess. And CG was also just a miss. Maybe if I see a studio version of the Kobushi and CG song they might grow on me. As for Tsubaki's I'll wait till I see/hear the MV version of the song.

Also got a b-side/album vibe from Kobushi song, but i felt like it was harder to hear the instrumentals of this song compared to the other songs so i'm really curious to hear a better version of this song.

About the new songs...

 

Atsui really lives up to its title lol!   A bit different from what I expected for Beyooooonds, but it's definitely a fun song and I like it. 

 

Yowaki Joshi Taibu Todoke - I don't like it... Maybe it's harsh to say, but I feel that most songs CG have received since their 'new system' have been forgettable, and released purely so they could have some new songs to sing. I've only really liked Matenai After Five.

 

Haru Urara is... boring and uninspired imo. Kobushi needed a stronger song for their next single (I'm assuming this song will be on their next single, but maybe I'm wrong), not a forgettable ballad 

 

Sankaime no Date.. I find it mediocre, it's not that bad but I feel like it drags too long and goes nowhere. A bit disappointed, since I've really liked all of Tsubaki's previous singles, but maybe I will change my mind with time.

 

Goodbye & Good Luck serves its purpose as a song to send off Yanamin, but that's about it, I find it very generic, but I enjoy the vocal deliveries. My least favorite from the songs on the new JJ single, though I have yet to hear Potsurito's full version but I have high hopes for that one based on the preview.

Atsui - REALLY FUN!! Typically not my style but they pulled it off. It's their own "Jounetsu Ecstasty" or "Kawaii Urabanchou" type of song.

Yowaki Joshi Taibu Todoke - This is so sparkly and cute! I really like it. Also a little bit 2000's retro? Kinda different for them. Nice Yanamin solo.

Haru Urara - Wow I actually really liked this too?? It's the kind of upbeat ballad (like Be Alive) that I really like!
Sankaime no Date Shinwa - Surprisingly not feeling this one that much. I like the chorus most out of anything. I feel the same about it as "Teion Yakedo"...it's not BAD but it's really bland :/ I hope the other song is really good.

Good bye & Good luck! - OKAY WOOOOOW I love this one. It's got a little bit of sad element to it but it has a really cute instrumental. I'm super happy with this song, it sounds so magical.

Really interesting how small all the medley units are, most of them are like 2-3 members for each song. Should allow for a lot more individual spotlight. They also split dance club in half for each set list. Really wanna see what that looks like.

They did it at their Budokan. Hopefully they will include it as a b-side or something on Yuka’s last single. It is too good to sit around for years like Jouru.

Atsui is such a fun mess live. Not too big on the song since it gets messy but it is fun live. Was so shocked to see Moe do Muro’s Taiki Bansei line I hope Murotan is there on the next show I will go to.
