They probably wanted to make the line distrubition even more weird

More seriously, i assume Saorin was sick or something like that and thought she couldn’t handle that line or was absent of that performance.

I don't think that line was Saorin's to begin with, even in the studio version all I hear is Risa.

Yes, you are correct and the line (Kuyashii no wa naze darou Owatta no ni) is really sung by Risamaru.
Seems the line in the color coded lyrics on cafekica is wrongly assigned to Saorin.
