I caught myself today accidentally calling them Berryz Kobo when I was expressing to someone how much I've enjoyed the single so far and had to correct myself. I normally like to wait a while after the full video is out and for the "newness" to wear off a bit before I give any definitive take on a song, but I'm absolutely loving Kitto watashi wa just from the preview. The song manages to feel nostalgic, but still really fresh and catchy.

I had one earphone in at work skipping through the radio show to find it, and when I realized it had been cut, I said "Come on! Really?" out loud without noticing how loudly I said it. My boss calls over from the office next to me, "What's up? Something wrong?"

Naseba Naru is a ballad back to their original singing style from previous singles (Hirose says it has a Kobushi no Hana melody feel, a Kobushi Factory-ish song). Probably the MV is also same style (looking at the covers)

It's not bad, but if we're comparing it to Kobushi no Hana, I like Kobushi no Hana more.
Will have to wait and see how the full version sounds.

Oh I love that song as well. So this is overall a great single!
^ Well... you're right buttt... I mean imo Kobushi no Hana is like one of the best songs ever released by H!P. Maybe like top50 so... that comparison seems so hard to me lol
Then again it somehow speaks volume that even if Nasebe naru is not as good KnH is still the first thing that comes to mind smh. Song's good!
(just in case: I'm not trying to be critical on your opinion. Just wanted to talk about Kobushi no Hana as the masterpiece it is lol)

I agree about Kobushi no Hana being a masterpiece. It is easily my favorite Kobushi Factory song.
To derail the thread slightly, two questions about Kobushi no Hana (that may or may not have an answer) while it is on my mind: 1) Why didn't they release it as a single? 2) Who did the "placeholder" vocals we heard during the bass and drum recording video?
To get the thread back on track: These songs are so different, but I really like them both. It is a solid single, but I have to temper my expectations for sales.

It's a lot like Kobushi no Hana, that's true. I think it's interesting that it is generally in a quite low key. Plenty of Rei and harmony lines. I really like it . Awesome single!
