Has Neko Oikawa written any other recent H!P songs? 
looking at the arrangements and composition Naseba Naru might be my favorite of the two. Can't wait to hear them. They will probs be preformed at the Haro con that starts today in Japan.

I think you're right. On Sakurako's blog today, she has a picture of the "Kitto Watashi wa" costume and I think mentions that if you come to the concert, you might be able to see it.

I don't think Oikawa has written for H!P directly, she worked for Up Front a few years ago on Aida Shouko's solo album though.

 

However some of her work has been recorded by H!P artists before because she was Wink's main lyricist (hence working with Shouko). ;)

Must say I LOVE the outfits of Kitto Watashi wa ^_^  10/10

The covers are lovely. The Naseba might look (LTD B boring but I like these kinds of arrangements  :w00t:

I see that UMEDY is credited for the rap arrangement of "Kitto Watashi wa," so the song was written before he passed in December 2017. Guessing it's a song that has been waiting to be released.

Hmm... I'd say Naseba Naru - since recently there's been a habit of putting the main A-side as second for H!PS recently.  ^_^
