I don't know they could add tickets in a short time

^Yeah, I don't really get how it works. Either they added a bunch of tickets or a bunch of people just cancelled their tickets.

If they added tickets, I don't get why they couldn't have those on sale to begin with, instead of a whole hour later. Also it seems weird that they would add tickets right after Airi tweets about it selling out

 

I made a thread on a different site about it selling out and now I feel like I jumped the gun because it's technically no longer sold out >_>

All I know is that those 4 options (1F side stand seat, 1F side stand family seat, 2F side stand seat, 2F side stand family seat) only have a few vacancies comparing to the first 2 options (standard seat, family seat)
The side stand seat may be blocked by something between the stage and the seat

reading some of the 5ch thread. Apparently it's a thing that happens. They sell the good seats first and then put the side seats on sale after? That's so dumb. They waited way too long to put the rest of the tickets on sale, Airi's tweet just looks awkward now.

 

She just told her entire fanbase that she sold out when she didn't and the kicker is that some of those fans are probably not bothering to get tickets anymore because they think it's sold out >___>

Every time I check the website, the status of the tickets changes

and now it's back to being the first image again

EDIT: nevermind it's not sold out. It's doing that thing again where it switches between saying it's sold out and saying it's still on sale.

T think that side seat thing is noemal everywhere where you have a multifunctional hall. Airi sold out the general seats that are normally planned to be sold in the arrangement they'll do for her Budokan. The tickets now on sale were never planned as going on sale if the demand doesn't make it necessary.
That's why you have so many different capacity declarations for many halls.
So indeed she sold out Budokan.

^I don't know, it just seems like a poorly thought out idea. If you're going to rent out a place this big, you might as well sell all the tickets at the same time, the seats are already there. Granted I've never really looked at ticket sales this close before.

I'm mostly upset at how badly coordinated the launch of the ticket sales seemed to be. Airi didn't tweet about the extra seats that went on sale until like hours after they were already on sale. And they went on sale literally moments after she tweeted that she sold out, so the whole thing just looked very awkward to anyone that paid any kind of attention to it.

At any rate, the ticket website says the concert is sold out, and that hasn't changed in like half an hour, so unless they're adding more tickets later, I'd say it's maybe, finally, official.

I honestly never expected Budokan to sell out, so to do so in 11-ish hours is pretty great

I think the first reaction of a lot of people when it was first announced was could she really sustain a Budokan so early just by herself. How wrong we were to doubt. They apparently had to turn away fans from a Tower Record event today as well. It looks like everything is working amazingly, which is what her talent deserves.
