So my two regular tickets I had to buy with the premium ones were fully refunded. However, they never asked for the ticket number or anything to actually cancel it, so I don't know if it could still be used to enter the venue, theoretically. I would be cautious with rebuying a regular ticket that originally came with a premium ticket.

^ i got it from the email as well. I think they wanted to make sure that the victims of the bug got a ticket before they set them for sale for the general public again

I have tickets in the 600 range. 

Does it mean that they sold more than 600 premiums?

 

Prob. not but anyone have very low premium numbers? or is it just a counting number for total tickets sold?

^ it was already established that both types of tickets were numbered together, so we can't tell how many Premiums were sold.

The venue has ranks where you can stand right? Does someone know if you can choose freely to go to these ranks? Or will security tell people where to go?

I'm now worried I may not be able to go. We have had awful luck recently. My partner was involved in a (minor) road accident and was unable to work for 2 weeks from his injuries. I've now got shingles of all things, and am off work until it clears. Obviously this means we are losing out on a LOT of money. 

I'm going to keep a close eye on my finances in the hopes I can still afford to go to France, but if it turns out I'm unable, I MIGHT have a premium ticket to sell If so I'll post here closer to the time (probably around 3ish weeks before) if anyone would be interested in it. 

 

But hopefully I will still be able to go.

Thanks I'm feeling better and am hoping to go back to work soon. Back to the doctor again tomorrow to see what he says. My partner bless him has been doing so much overtime to try and make back some of the money we've lost. I had a look through all my work paperwork and it looks like because I've been at the company for several years, I'm entitled to company sick pay - so I SHOULD hopefully actually get full pay for the past two and a half weeks that I've been off. If I do that makes it a lot more likely i can still go, but I'll still have to be careful

 

Also, I never got the refund for the unwanted standard ticket I got in that glitch, and other emails I've sent about it have all been ignored. I'm not sure what to do

About the extra ticket, maybe make a public post about it on the Facebook event page? That might make them react. If not, you might have to resell it, but you'll need to mark it down (I've seen one go for 30€), as there are still some for sale.
