............why? this seems like it's been set up for one member already, so why not just announce it lol

Hopefully no member I like will be chosen for this. Sounds like a punishment rather than golden opportunity. "Congrats, you get to be away from Japanese entertainment industry for one year. Good luck in Mexico where anything you do will have zero impact on your career in Japanese industry."
