Disappointing since she was one with the most potential out of the newcomers.

Hopefully she's in a position to come back and try again whenever the next audition is held.

Regular long-distance travel is one of the most stressful things that anyone at any age can deal with in their professional lives. Without a direct financial incentive to do so, two months of it does seem like a fair breaking point, particularly since she also has school. Hopefully, they'll still keep her in mind for future selections and auditions. An argument can be made that they might count this against her since as an idol, she would be traveling regularly in such a manner for concerts and events, but with the circumstances being what they are, I think they would still find it understandable with the cost and time investment involved for someone that isn't already in a group.
The best case scenario is that she's already secretly in a group and this is their way of giving an excuse for people to notice that she's not taking the train as much anymore until she moves to her new school. It seems odd that they'd go out of their way to announce this for a specific KSS when they normally just say nothing until they announce the KSS graduations around the end of the quarter. Unfortunately though, since she and the other recent audition girls are high profile KSS, I could see the reasoning behind a public announcement now if she is legitimately leaving.

Although I understand why she's quiting, this make me sad. I'm rooting for her. Hope there's still a chance for her in the future to be a part of H!P.

That's sad. She was my favorite from the 28th gen KSS. Maybe she will audition for Keyakizaka46 in the future.

the first i thought was the distance
and im pretty sure its because of that, it must be annoying to travel 5 hour maybe daily or at least most of the week

even the most hard die wota would find it difficult to do her commute to train plus schoolwoork and other responsibilities... too bad, she seemed that she could have grown a great idol.

I was sad and angry when I heard the news, I mean I'm mad at UFP, how could they let this girl go!? for me she was debut ready, so I really want to believe that they will call her back to join a group in the future, this also makes me speculate if maybe the reason why she quit was because she wasn't selected for Icchan's factory which make it difficult for her to continue with that hellish commuting routine thinking who knows when will I get my next chance or maybe it was actually something she agreed on with her parents in the first place, like if you don't get to debut in the next group you quit and try again in the next audition.

Not just the time (and remember it's both ways so that's ~8-10 hours each trip) but even including terrestrial means, this would have added something like $800+ a month to her parents' budget. Direct flights would cut the roundtrip travel time down to ~2 hours but at pretty much double the cost.
