Initially, her name was romanized as “Yuriya” but a notice posted to the goods list of the June 2019 recital announced her name will now be officially romanized as “Yulia”.

Considering how long its been since MM released anything though, I wouldn't have been surprised in the least if they had decided to add someone as a very last second addition at the end of this tour for a little bit of extra buzz before announcing their next single in 2020. It'd probably be easier to justify counting her as a 15ki instead of a solo 16th gen if there's no actual single released between those additions.
