I'd just like to point out that the 90 second Ponpon video on OMAKE channel has more views than hours of content and months of uploads on tiny tiny combined. If this doesn't forced them to consider just dropping the channel and reallocating their resources, I don't know what will.
The new format is much more guest-focused, like the guest is being interviewed rather than simply commenting on the other segments, and the "tiny" lifestyle now serves more as a theme for that interview.
