Wi-Fi-5 is a recently formed idol group formed by 5 Miss iD 2016/2017 finalists. Their first single "Hajimari no College" is a theme song for the latest Yokai Apartment no Yuga na Nichijo anime. 2 out of 5 members aren't born in Japan.

I can't wait to see how they will be like. Super stoked to see Raimu has returned. I had heard of Claire before too but I don't remember in which context. Maybe it was indeed Miss iD but I feel like it was something different.

Not enamored with what im seeing so far but I'd like to support the members. The budget looks good for a new group, hopefully thats not because its an anime OP.

 

I have a vivid memory of Claire's Miss iD video, because it was in English save for brief rehearsed scripts. She seems close with the other members. As one would expect her Japanese must have become more polished over the year.
