They've also used this last episode to put some more good name drops for current KSS. If they can really raise the profile and reputation of the KSS then they can hopefully get what they're looking for from the KSS auditions alone, and not have to keep relying on these speculative main group auditions (that are primarily trainee trawls).

yeah, I like that the KSS are being given some focus and spotlight; since it's clearly the majority of girls will now debut out of the KSS, it only makes too much sense to have already built them up from before a major debut. It also makes the KSS a bit more attractive to join.

Wow! That episode was amazing and insane! I'm so glad we got this audition show!! 
The narrative of this whole thing played out so well. Isn't it funny how they cut that first Jealousy Jealousy performance of the new girls to show a success story? Compared to what we saw on HaroSta this looked so differently. /D

And they really used Yuriya as appealing figure catching the hearts of people by showing each time she was scolded and how she struggled just so everyone could fall in love with her.

 

It's crazy how this one well done tv show opened H!P so many doors introducing them to other popular tv figures. It wish this show wouldn't end. Best promotion of the year!

Has there ever been a more dramatic oshihen? Naccy was enjoying doing the narration on that a little too much.

Also whatever the skill levels and preferences involved I think Nanami is an Idol natural (well she also has experience). But I think I'd trust her the most right now to fit into any group and make the most of it. She has one of the most important qualities of all, and that's that she really seems to enjoy it and that shines through into an enjoyable performance. Which to me is the bottom line.

Guess they created a special batch .. the 20th anniversary KSS .. the 28th gen KSS ..
Basically obvious to me they are selling their mistake, how they can get together and overcome their obstacle ..
I think they selected in that direction with a good mixture of looks and personalities without having any overpowering "ace" kind of persona ..
I think this is the batch to watch ..
I hope they will all find success in the future and in a couple of years, we can all reminisce that we were here with them when they started

This would be my first time fully supporting and reading info about a KSS generation. I really like Yuriya and Nanami!

I gotta said that even though I was disappointed with the no winner announce I really enjoyed this show, and I got attached to all these girls, Yuriya really grew on me, she looks so cute when she smiles!!. Nanami is such a natural, I agree with Obsidian, she looks like she is enjoying the whole experience and I get the feeling that she would be a great leader if they ever give her the chance, Anna I think is a smart girl with a charismatic personality, Ruru is such a wota the same as Sayaka and they are both so cute!! I specially loved Sayaka's ufufu and I loved Momoko's family interactions, as for Shion, she is the one I connected with the less, but there's something really soothing about her, I really hope that none of them quits, and that they can all debut one day!!

 

and could we please have a new variety show when we get to know more about all the H!P members, KSS included?, this auditions made me realize even more how badly we need one.

 

Overall I think this way of doing their audition is pretty good.
They cover them pretty well all the way and let us get to know them better ..
I can say in more than 10 years .. this is the first time I know 1 whole gen of trainee Eggs/KSS and know them well enough even before they got into the trainees

Just got around to watching the last episode and I just loved how this evolved into a bit of a Kenshuusei documentary. Really makes you realize how much the work the KSS girls put forth and how far they have come from their beginnings. I mean look at little Rin. She's not that much older than Yuriya and her starting point probably wasn't too far off either and now she's doing so great and is already a KSS senpai

Also, it was beyond cute to see the 4 new gen girls in the studio being so starstruck
