I think it's also partly due to Mao being from Osaka. It gives hope to individuals from that region.

Off the top of my head (so I could be mistaken, it is 7 a.m.) I think she's the first member to list snowboarding as a skill.

It's interesting that her admired senpais are Maopin and Ruru, who still are so "new members" to me (but I guess she was a huge fan of °C-ute so she must have moved on to new oshi after they disbanded (?)).
Also, video must be very recent because she said she likes orange because it's Ruru's member color.

And she mentionned that her pronounciation is very bad and she wants to improve it.

Am I the only one who feels reminded of early Niinu? Marina is really pretty but even more so in her introduction video. Her eyes were so sparkly ....another KSS to watch for me from this generation ~
