From today's official STU48 SR stream: 

 

STU48 will have their major debut! Their record label will be King Records. 

 

Release date for their first single is 2017.11.01, which is incredibly fast (really, really fast).

 

Senbatsu members will be announced on same stream, next week (7/8 18:50)

I like how you took the time to write out that question, when you know deep within you, that no, Akimoto doesn't really care, because if he did - with the kind of money and influence he has - he would be able to do something. Like holy shit, just ###### buy a decent enough sized boat, or get a license to run a theater on board an already existing boat of decent enough size, and there you go.

Regarding Yuiimo's decline of activities, she stated on SHOWROOM that she gave management the actual reason for her quitting, but they refused to publish that, and she wants to tell the truth:

Hmm, what reason would management have refusing to reveal it's a medical condition? The only thing I can think of is them being kind of at fault for improper training or something like that. So I'd say this isn't it. I'd lean towards the first thing, as it (rightly so) puts a bad light on the company's incompetence.

 

I'm a bit confused though (as always): If she wants to tell the truth, why did she not just do it right then and there?

I think I have a very good idea of which girls will be good on a TV show already (having watched a lot of STU48-related SR), but indeed, this is the fun part of new idols, seeing them blossom and grow on a TV show. 

 

The shooting of the 2hr SP took place on Sunday 11/26, and will feature the following 10 girls: 

 

Tanaka Kouko,Torobu Yuri, Fujiwara Azusa, Ozaki Mami, Kadowaki Miyuna, Sakaki Miyu, Sano Haruka, Sugahara Saki, Hyodo Aoi, and Fukuda Akari.
