So there is two tours kind of in one.
First one is a Hall Tour that runs from April 9th 2017- May 20th 2017
The Hall tour name is call Country Girls Concert Tour 2017 Haru ~Momochi-ism~

The second part of the tour takes place in between the hall tour. Runs from April 29th till May 14th.
Standard title for a CG tour. It's just "Country Girls Live Tour 2017 Haru"

From H!S, 5-nin Country Girls will perform a special new song at the 5/4 live titled "Idol Sotsugyou Chuui Jikou!" (アイドル卒業注意事項!), it's unknown if it'll be released physically.
