For anyone who is wondering about Maa-chan, sadly she is not taking part this year. It would seem they're trying not to overwork her and just have her performing with the rest of Morning Musume for their Inspiration tour for now.

Edit: As mentioned by Ayumi in the recent Hello!Project LINE live Maa-chan is taking part this year. Thanks to Lurkette for the correction and passing on the information confirming about Maa-chan taking part in HinaFest this year

Ayumi said in a Line Live that she would be appearing. Do you have a source confirming she's not going to be there? Or is she just not in the member goods for the show? The photoshoots for the goods took place during her hiatus so it would make sense for her not to be in those, they might sell Inspiration goods for her instead, but you can't assume she won't participate based on that alone.
