Just looked on US iTunes and BRAND NEW MORNING (track 1 that is) isn't on there. There's only Jealousy Jealousy and the two instrumentals. I wonder why :blink:

^Is it not usually like that? Songs missing from iTunes I have seen forum users say many times, I don't use it myself so I can't say for sure but I know it has happened in the past too.

The songwriter didn't give them permission to put it on iTunes (or in certain countries, usually outside of Japan). All Tsunku songs will always be on iTunes, but most of the non-Tsunku songs don't go on there as the songwriters don't have a thing with iTunes. It's been happening since Tikibun (Mikaeri Bijin), to all H!P groups. Sometimes entire singles don't go on there.

If it was up previously and suddenly went missing, it may return just as suddenly. (If not after a few days I expect someone will end up asking Up-Front Link about it, even if it doesn't result in an answer.)

Not sure if any of you guys have read about this or not, but Umehara Masaru aka U.M.E.D.Y (the guy who wrote the rap for Jealousy Jealousy) passed from glioblastoma last month on December 21st :( Jealousy Jealousy was the last Morning Musume song he worked on.

Not to detract from the news but.. when I saw [3/8] Morning Musume '1... as the latest post in the subforum... I got excited about a new single announcement -_-

 

I wonder if maybe that's part of why they've been doing Jealousy Jealousy a lot, knowing this collaborator was ill. May his soul rest in peace.
