There is a Hello Online member I've noticed for a long time who is prickly and can often be quite obnoxious.  I generally steer away from such people but yesterday I came within his/her crosshairs.  After almost starting a flame war, I decided it would be better to report this person.

In my dealings with internet forums, I find it best to put such people on ignore as I have a habit of taking such problems into my own hands and often getting into trouble.  I went to block this person this morning but can't seem to find a means of doing so.  Does such a feature exist here and how is it accessed?

Also:

If you're prone to writing things in forums that you shouldn't be writing, try the following instead: Write your post in notepad or any other text editor of your choice. Leave the text file be. Do something else for however long - 10, 15, 30 minutes etc. in order to get your mind on other things. Come back, look at what you wrote. Is it helpful? Is it beneficial? Does it contribute to the discussion in a manner which is positive? If it doesn't, can you rewrite and edit what you wrote? Or maybe it could be deleted - not published on the forum altogether?

Try that instead of replying instantly.
