The goods have been announced... Can anyone tell what's on the back of the T-shirts? Is it the logos from their past concerts or something?

A few questions.
Have the tickets for C-utes final concert in SSA gone on sale yet? If not, when do they go on sale?
Is this even the right topic to be posting this under?
Any news/update on this for non-FC members? I think I saw in 910 percent that SSA ticket went on sale for FC members a couple of months ago, but what about for non-FC audience? Any details on how to purchase SSA ticket if you're not living in Japan? I'm getting jittery since I don't want to miss this last concert

The SSA concert isn't even on Hello!Project homepage yet, which I feel is odd.
But you can always check YAJ for tickets in worst case, and ask No Country For Tall Men Export for help (he can help with general sale too, IF it comes, it should come soon if it will be any)
FC got the info if they got their tickets or not in the end of last month (on March 28th to be exact),

Ye, May 13th, and you will have to go through a proxy to buy it
I recommend No Country For Tall Men Export
I have gotten help from him with stuff since 2014, and he is very trustable and can even meet up with you to give you the ticket if you want to be sure it gets in your hand without being worried about shipping and such
Their grad con is a bit more expensive than other concerts, and other grad concerts, but will be worth it

By lottery, do you mean that the buyer gets to have a chance for a C-ute final concert ticket? Or is it a sure purchase? The lottery of Lawson started yesterday

Lottery means you get chance for ticket, and if you win, you have to pay pretty fast, or you lose it

If you win the ticket(s) in pre-sale lottery, then you pay the money and you can secure your ticket(s). You don't need to worry about ticket sold out after the normal sale starts
