I think Maho should be included as she is still included as a member of Angerme, and she was active at the beginning of the year. It's not like she has any control over her situation anyway, so it would be nice to include her as well. Wasn't Manakan included in the 2016 votes when she went on hiatus in April and then graduated in August?

At my school this year, we've been doing different senior superlatives that people get voted for and they get placed in the yearbook at the end of the year. We should do something like that, with categories such as "Dynamic Duo", "Best Eyes/Smile", "Brightest Spirits" and "Meme Lord/Lady".

I'd keep Rio and Rena but remove C-ute/Momoko, if only because we knew they were graduating the majority of the year while Rio and Rena's graduations were surprising.

so maybe we can just do "any member who was active in the year of 2017" that includes everyone (including maho even though she was absent for 90% of it lol). if the graduated members lose a lot of votes its inevitable. 

i personally would rather the grads not be included but at the end of the day they were a part of h!p in 2017 so they should be there too i guess. it keeps things fair that way.

^^Eh, if anything, this would be a good test for poll results and see the stats on voting behaviors (which will make 2018 very, very interesting).

 

Really more of a win-win situation lol. But this should be fun as always.
