^ no, they all wrote things like "leader ni narimashita" (became leader) on blogs and interviews, and some wota noticed Aya has started to blog about things happening in H! P, like tsubaki's debut, momoko's last harocon and maachan coming back. She would never have done this before so i think we can say she actually shares the leader place with Maimi but i don't think there will be any other ceremony or anything like that.

Yes she became leader when it was announced and started carrying out the role once the Harocon started.

^ Indeed. In that interview Ayacho did with MM 13ki on the first day of the winter tour, she even talked about how nervous she was with it being her first concert as leader.

I did watch the Niconico stream, and I was wondering, why no MCs? Usually I only watch Blu-ray concerts but it felt strange

Yes it was a little strange, I felt at the time they used the slower songs as the downtime. Technically I guess they don't really need MC sections for the Harocon as people are swapping out after a couple of tracks anyway... but it can be good for the fans to get a sit down every now and then too. 
The other pattern did have the MC section (If I remember rightly each group was picked out and then given given tips by other members on how to improve).

For Angerme and Tsubaki Factory they don't have playback vocals for Aikawa or Niinuma but MoMusu has playback vocals for Masaki, except for her solos since they were covered.

Ah, Massara Blue Jeans was so good. Ayaka's voice *_*. Erina's voice fit this song too. Oharu did a good job as well. I wish there was more Akari, though.
Besides the group lines, i thought the Balalaika's performance was meh. Not horrible, but nothing that make me want to say "Wow !!! Amazing !!!!"
I really liked Momochi's "For youuuu" and Natsumi's "Oh, i am crazy about you" in Crazy About You.
